Food for thought: Henneman will apparently be giving some kind of presentation at the ASHM. We won't necessarily need to see a press release ahead of time, since what he is talking about is a matter of public record via the USPTO filings. What will be enlightening is his interpretation of that information and what it means regarding the challenges to the patents. Hopefully we will find out if the amendments to the patents are for clarification reasons and how this will play into past infringment and the strength of the patents in general. I would think that since he has been working with the examiners in the re-writting of the patents that he could clarify very much what we need to know. After all it is all a matter of public record. I hope those in attendance will ask the right questions in this regard. AJMO
