With all due respect. I don't think it is proper to essentially accuse the company of "wrong doing" unless you have some reason to believe there is and can at least point to it. You are yelling FIRE in the movie theater, but where is the fire? There are legal implications for people who yell FIRE when there is no fire. But that is just my opinion.
