Yep, the BOD isn't good; TPL, too......

However, we aren't bankruped and have some assets. Furthermore, the MMP is at least valid in Europe. I am sure in the U.S. we will see the same thing in the long run too. With eacht reex., e.g. of the 336 patent, the chances for the next reex are dramastically reduced. So, the reex-procedure will find an end.
