Thanks to those of you who responded to my earlier question about the form D. I guess if I had scrolled down far enough on Bankerson's post, I would have read about the warrants.

I'm still not clear about who received them, why they received them and for such a small amount, why not write a check? Is there a filing fee associated with a form D and if so, how much?
