Depends on how much of a dent in TPL/Moore`s armour we can make before the trial date - Remember, Relational Investors is in the background on TPL`s side...I wouldn`t rule out some type of semi-serious offer from the TPL camp if the ownership issue isn`t clear cut before trial.

I guess it all depends how many more ``hints`` PTSC is willing to drop (by way of news announcements) before the trial date.

Ther`s either going to be a gradual crescendo in price towards something astronomical, or a gradual crescendo in price that in the end results in a face plant.

Either way, PTSC has taken the conductors podium.
