Sure does; which is why I mentioned it last week or so. Not only did it expose some weakness, it lends credence to the notion that there is no "wave" heading our way, and they know it. Hope I'm wrong, but 2 months without a license is concerning. Starting to wonder whether "I own" anything ......... of value.
