I think the problem is that we own a penny stock and unfortunately we will probably never get a high quality CEO. Our expectations are not in line with the real world. This isn't going to be the next Rambus. We're in penny land and there is no sign that we are going to leave anytime soon if at all. If Crossflow dosn't show some potential then it may be best as some have suggested to divy out any remaining MMP revenue to shareholders and cut the management expenses to the bone. The share price should rise with the announcement. As we've seen the MMP is not bringing in waves of company's to license and probably never will. These infringing companies are content to wait TPL out and it looks like they will succeed. TPL's hand is exposed for all to see and it looks like they were bluffing. TPL said rates had gone up and I expected to see Fujitsu size licenses. The reality is that TPL is still giving sweetheart deals to license infringers and TPL appears to be broke. The real question I have is how much longer can TPL support the licensing effort and a court battle?
