this legalize however would it not behoove the company to issue a pr that explains in lay language exactly what is going on here? If a good # of the warrants overhanging the market are gone or will be soon why don`t they just say so? What could be their motive to keep us in the jungle regarding this and all the rest of the information?

Regarding the reverse split, if you check out Armhy which is another intellectual prop. company I think you will see that they have about a billion shares outstanding. We don`t need a reverse split we just need the good news to be out there and to keep coming.
