Amazingly, it seems everyone believes every word you say. With all due respect, we don't know you, you have zero credibility, and some of the things you say don't make any sense at all. Perhaps you could explain, thereby establishing a little credibility?

Okay, you like the MMP. Got that part. Good for you - we all like the MMP, and that's why we're here.

You were opposed to the deal with Swartz. Good for you, but what was the alternative? Did the company have a bunch of options to choose from?

Don't throw away PDSG? Too "predictable"? Who cares?

You suggest that the PDSG acquisitions are somehow affiliated with Swartz. Do you have ANY evidence to support this, at all? If you're going to make such accusations, you should at least make some attempt to back them up. You've apparently got zip. But please do share if you've got anything.

How does Swartz influence the company at all at this point? Is he still invested, at all? If so, how small is his current holding? Does he even hold 1M shares? 1M shares equals a whopping $140K. In the world of Swartz, that's chump change. 2M? Still chump change. With no/small holdings, and probably zero interest in the PDSG companies, how does he benefit from anything PTSC at this point?

Swartz's only possible influence on PTSC would be through Johnson. But again, if Swartz holds little or no shares in PTSC, and no interest in the PDSG companies, how can he leverage his association with Swartz to any benefit?

You talk of shareholders being fleeced by BoD actions, i.e., moving out the SHM. How does a deteriorating PPS help the BoD? How would this possibly be in their best interest? And didn't they hire Baroni to do some work that wouldn't be done till year end? Wouldn't having the SHM while in the midst of that work, and prior to any major decision-making resulting from that work, be a little silly/non-productive/pre-mature?

Who did the "fleecing" of shareholders at year end? The BoD, or the MMs, the tax loss sellers, the folks needing cash and the diligent/relentless bashers and their cohorts?

I await your thoughtful responses... An answer to all the questions above. Also curious as to when you first invested, if you don't mind sharing (and I can see how sharing such info could possibly do you any harm).

TIA,

SGE
