There are probably dozens of companies large and small with capabilities similar to Hewitt in the Chicago area. Accenture is there in a big way. Deloitte & Touche is there. The list goes on and on. I wouldn't even care to guess what is up with the SHM in Chicago because there are too many possible scenarios to even try-and I am a former Chicagoland resident of more than 40 years. Also-Unless I am missing something - I don't see even much of a geographical connection as the SHM is in downtown Chicago and Hewitt HQ is 45 minutes away to the north. It could be anything and it could be not much of anything or it could be as they stated that they wanted to open it up to participation from some others shareholders. Maybe that simple? Dunno! LOL
