board and rb and suggest that the BOD has always been

in it for themselves and Swartz -- i thought everyone knew

that. That's why I was happy to get those dividends long

ago that everyone seemed so upset about. why don't we

grow our company? was the refrain then. well, they tried,

be careful what you wish for. if the mmp hits, there's enough

for everyone, if not, the insiders still get paid, that's how it works.

i appreciate the useful posts about patents and law that i don't know

much about but this endless whining about bod is distracting.
