Seems like after the EKC went into effect we have never been able to sustain any momentum. The same trading patterns occur time after time. Quick run in the morning; retreat in the afternoon. Followed up by continued retreat until we have lost all the gains and now are back to where we have started.

Having said all that; If we are able to shake loose out of the ELC grip then there should be no reason why this stock is not trending up.

What is the status on the ELC? It seems it is no longer needed. How is the contract terminated? What happens to those outstanding shares? Can the company buy them back?
