If someone is just now hearing about the possibility of the 336 being recertified I can see them looking at .15 as a good deal.

It's a gamble, it always has been IMO.

I no longer visit Vegas (family man now) so I use my gambling money on this stock.

I ONLY expect this stock to go up when the 336 is finalized.
