Yes for any work they do on the MMP. Like you said, gray area. Keep time cards or something. We used to have to keep time cards for a certain govt program we worked on because we were charging the govt for our engineering time. I bet they do something like that. Trusting in their integrity to charge us only for time spent on MMP.
