99.9999999999999999999999999999% of the time every single stock trade has an ask higher than teh bid.

What is your point... That news is comning on every stock ?!?!!?!?!??!?!?

And with 300k shares trade and 400++mm shares outstanding the 17 bid is a dust mite floating in a jetstream.. might change the weather pattern but not likely.
