If TPL, Moore and PTSC entered into a Master Agreement under the basic assumption that all three entities had exclusive ownership rights, and if it is discovered that TPL did not have exclusive ownership rights but instead has only the rights to commercialize the patents....

does this make PTSC and Moore exclusive owners and thereby invalidate the Master Agreement? If so, then I would agree with Greeneyes that this could very well be a good thing for PTSC.

The master agreement also lists several rights holders; Stan Caplan, Wayne Opperman, Dan Nunes, James &Joe Zolin, Victor Gabourel, Swartz Private Equity and Lincoln Ventures. What exactly are their rights under the Master Agreement? Not quite clear on this.
