However, I think everyone here is going to be looking at the revenue side and trying to ascertain if indeed the price of a license has goine up, and by how much. If appearances tell us differently, then any last bit of credibility that TPL/Alliacense has, is going to be gone. Then the importance of a huge and public litigation settlement becomes imperative. IMHO

I agree this Q will be telling. If we don't see a significant increase in revenue generated from MMP licenses then TPL's credibility is or what is left of it is gone. Why would any infringer feel anything TPL said going forward had any teeth behind it if revenues do not appear to be increasing? I for one am expection good numbers based on TPL's PR's of recent licenses.
