Now that we`re in the midst of ID`ing ``contributions`` and/or quarterly license fees from the Intel, et al, we may want to temper enthusiasm with the assumption that other infringer settlements may not be in the same revenue/royalty league, given the companies size, past run rates and future production estimates for chips that infringe.

I think our bonus babies will be the ``Big 5``, and lesser contributions to incremental SP change will be from Mot, TI, etc, and the remainder.

Regardless though, IMHO, the warrant incentive structure gives a glance (per se) of warrant rewards at certain set SP increments through pursuing license agreements, BUT should not be considered an end point for what the max SP may touch at some future point, reasoning momentum and the life things tend to take on, on their own, when the snowball starts rolling fast enough.

After all, we`ve all seen the level of hype and momentum given SIRI a half year back...It touched $8-10 and it was reportedly fair valued at $4-5...I guess what I`m saying is that we may see a SP yardstick in the agreement that may work to TPL`s advantage even if they fall short of a full sweep of all infringers, and shucks...maybe our advantage too (if we prove deft in our trading).

...just spinning over here in the corner. Way too much time on my hands....

Regards
