I'm not sure anymore if we will ever see "waves". Even if we win a large sum in court and or even with the patents recertified and strengthened by the USPTO actions. Just what is going to make hundreds of companies come forward and pay? Why wouldn't they just wait it out knowing that TPL can't take everyone to court in the amount of time they have. They can always settle anytime.
