You say "This doesn't sound like you at all" about my decision to not bother to combat the attempts at manipulation by you and others of your ilk towards your personal gain at the expense of others - your supposed posting "friends" here on Agora. But if you think it through (like you and others of your ilk consistently fail to do with any of your bashing, "great information", etc.), it sounds EXACTLY like me.

What have I consistently said every time you and others bash the BoD, in essence, PTSC? I've said that the reality is that the BoD is a fixture, live with it or leave,; and until you actually come up with a viable approach to alter the situation, the discussion is moot, and the criticism, deserved or not, is pure bashing in an attempt to manipulate.

Though I deceived myself into believing, briefly, that I was successful in our last bout in silencing your bashing, I have since concluded that what actually happened, most likely, is that your efforts had achieved your desired result. The PPS hit your buy target. No need to bash further, this time around. In fact, as revealed in your posts, that it was time to actually say good things about the BoD ("their intentions have been good"), and the prospects for the company, and this investment. Got your shares, now it's Pump time - fellow shareholders be damned.

Agora has done nothing about it. Others buy in to the effort. Agora has turned into RB. Virtually every time a thoughtful response to the bashing, opinions, statements of certain folks is posted, the poster (e.g., me) is attacked, but there is no debate about the counter argument. Posts are made by respected members (where the source of the respect is unknown to me) giving opinions that are not thought out, at all, I counter the "great information" post, and not one bit of discussion. None. Only attacks from this board and another.

So, how is my decision not to counter the bashing/manipulation in the future "EXACTLY like me"? Because just as I've long ago concluded that the BoD issue is moot until a viable solution is discovered, I've now concluded that the people on this board who constantly engage in attempts at manipulation (with a measure of success, it would appear) are also a fixture, a reality, and a problem for which there is no viable solution.

Apparently Agora is not interested. The forum custodian is obviously sympathetic to those engaged in the manipulation. This is a "battle" that cannot be won. The unethical posters win. Credibility under one moniker may be totally destroyed, but (as has been made clear by YOU), other monikers wait in the wings to carry on the unethical fight to deceive and cheat.

I've been considering options. The simplest solution is to leave this forum, and pursue an alternative (a work in progress). However, there is an outstanding problem if I choose this route; this forum, and the prospective/existing shareholders who may visit, will be left to the voice of the manipulators - unopposed.

But I'm becoming less concerned with this perceived problem, as I suspect that if I and others as myself leave, Agora will continue to go down the Raging Bull path. Does anyone take anything said on RB seriously any more? For the past how many years? This board will not be taken seriously, and will dry up as a resource just as RB has. You will have succeeded in your manipulation, but killed a resource of value to you.

I now await an attack from your compadre on that other board based on my delusions re: that MOU. I was most vocal about it, and the prospects, from day one. For some reason, it is assumed to be my Achilles Heal. Couldn't be more wrong. THE EVENT hasn't happened yet! And the evidence of my accuracy mounts....(thank you Laurie for that repost).

My "good-bye Agora" post may be forthcoming. But having said the above, hopefully everyone concerned (anyone?) will understand why.
