Why didn`t you ask those a-holes why they didn`t want to unify the patent before letting Intel and AMD off the hook so easily? I still remain confident that TPL quickly came to meet PTSC half way in settlement talks after the AMD agreement purely due to the fact that PTSC was ruining TPL`s chances at lucrative licensing. TPL thought PTSC wouldn`t be able to license to anyone but when they did TPL had to act fast so that PTSC wouldn`t give away anymore sweetheart deals. PTSC/TPL would have had Intel and AMD on it`s knees if they only would have played this smart and unified the patents earlier. Those a-holes are now on our side, will always remain skeptical of them though, so we should be in a position of power when negotiating with all others behind a unified patent.
