Jep, there are, sad to say...and I was quite "surprised" to read, that this messaging board is NOT controlled by Agora in terms of violations.

You have to keep in mind, that besides the communication by and with PTSC and the SEC fillings there are NO other sources of information about PTSC than internet messaging boards. And from all I know Agora is by far the best (or the less bad...), thus this board and ALL of its members with ALL their sentiments and assessments fulfill an important function for the shareholders.
But the possibility to "assemble" his own opinion out of all facts & emotions presented here would vanish if certain views would be surpressed (though I have to admit it is sometimes hard to stand when people get completely crazy...).

So what's the solution, AGORA?
