Biajj,

You make some great points, but we have to remember that your talking about PTSC leadership. It would have been the right thing to do when entering into the agreement with TPL, but based on PTSC managements track record for making sound business decisions, I would question that they were competent enough to set up performance guidelines? I hope I am wrong.
