This is the reply e-mail that I received from investor relations today.

The Company has provided information regarding the activities of the Eclat consulting team which have included the incorporation of their recommendation for recent management changes and the restructuring of the PDSG entity. The specific reporting and communications to our Board from Eclat will not be made public. Thank you for your inquiry,
