No, you didn't answer the second question, but you did answer the first with, in essence, "I keep complaining - at regular intervals, from time to time; recurrently - because the people on Agora are stupid and if I don't remind them [about the inadequacies of the BoD] they'll forget".

He never refuted this. An insult to all members, and nobody has a problem with it.... Amazing. But it appears he's "exactly right".

Then, rather than answer the second question, he bows out of the discussion. Second question:

Why are you invested here when it is blatantly obvious that the BoD isn't going to step down under virtually any circumstances, and certainly not out of shame, when it is your belief that as long as they sit they will take all the proceeds from the MMP and squander them, never creating any shareholder value?

Now, why do you think he avoids answering this question? Maybe because he'd be forced to mention something positive about the possibilities for this investment? And mentioning such things would be counter to his efforts to beat the heck out of any positive thoughts?

Some may think, actually believe, that messages here or on any message board have no effect on the PPS. If so, why 19 posts from ease, and countless others from those jumping on the "beat it down" bandwagon, to convey a single, basic message - an unnecessary message because virtually all shareholders are disenchanted with the BoD. Pounding away, as the PPS dwindled.

And this effort immediately followed the efforts of a couple of others (?) who did their best to confuse and distract until they suddenly dropped out of the scene.

No effect on the attitude of shareholders here? No impact on the PPS? Just look at what's happened to the PPS over the past few weeks.

What changed? What else could have caused this to happen? Tax loss selling? That is probably part of it. People just needing some quick cash for the holidays? Also probable. But IMO it is incredibly obvious that there has been at least some impact from all these negative posts about the BoD/management/the company. And the posts about the positive possibilities/probabilities coming, in just a few weeks, regarding the PTO/'336? Relatively little attention. Nope, the attention has been directed elsewhere.

IMO, people here need to ask a few questions, beginning with the second one above. Only I and a couple of others have challenged these naysayers. I even posted about a few of the positive things the BoD has done that most would agree with, and provided estimates of what those actions cost the company - this to counter the accusations that the BoD "squandered all the income from the MMP". Did anyone even bother to question those numbers, or correct them as solicited? Nope. But it revealed where most of the money went, and it was hardly "squandered".

IMO, the motives of some are blatantly obvious. And people here sucker for it. Why would any person owning this stock badmouth it with such vigor, to their own detriment? To "vent"? Or to attempt (successfully it appears) to contribute to drive the PPS down so they can buy more? No planned conspiracy, just others grasping the opportunity after seeing initial results of the effort. Or is it planned? The first crew stuck around until we broke through the .18 barrier, then virtually vanished. This latest effort, by ease and a few/bunch of others, broke us through .15, then ease bowed out. Who's next? What moniker will be assumed? He's advised that he has plenty at his disposal.

Now I see it as probable.

This forum has turned into RB. And Agora does nothing. And posters either buy into the non-sense or just let it slide. Well, Agora has slid. Is it any better than any other message board at this point? You know, those other boards, like RB, where non-sense and attempts at manipulation run rampant?

People, the value of your investment has dropped over 20% in less than two trading weeks. And what has been the tone of this forum during that time? Were there any other significant influencing factors?

And what of the possibilities re: the '336 and PTO action IN OUR FAVOR within the next month? Oh, we don't want to even consider THAT.

I'm almost gone....and this I KNOW. Good riddance? Probably, for most here. Definitely for ME.

No need to respond to this post. It's all JMHO, which isn't worthy of comment - you aren't going to change my opinion, or my ire, so don't bother. But I do hope some will consider....
