Thank you for your inquiry. The Message "text box" has auto correcting code to prevent fonts from becoming skewed when they are copied and pasted into the message box from an external source. For the greater part this code works well, in particular, when copying text from other websites.

However, we are aware that problems sometimes do arise; in particular, with copying and pasting text from Microsoft Word.

MS Word's default "Times New Roman" and size 12, doesn't paste properly within our text box. The reason being, is that Times New Roman is a serif font; a simple work around is to change the font type from "Times New Roman" to "Arial" or Verdana - leaving the font size unchanged at "12" is also recommended.

This easy solution should paste your text from your word processor at an acceptable size.
