Rimmel denied '336 reex request 90/010,551 July 31, 2009. In his conclusion he states:

"No new substantial question of patentability has been determined to arise with respect to claims 1,2,6,7,9,10,11,12, 16, 17, 19 and 20 in view of Uhlenhoff and Ledzius et al."

He also quotes MPEP 2242 in his determination to deny.

Mostek, Dozier and Richter in view of Ledzius is raised as prior art in the new request.
