The questions I have in light of this is why are we continuing to experience erosion in the SP?

My opinion is we won't see any appreciation in the SP until there are confirmed license signings and sustained revenue growth. The '336 appearing in the gazette is a technicality. The company didn't even issue a press release. The PR was back in Sept 09. Again, just my opinion.
