Layman confusion

I bot this stock @ $1.60 and sold @ around .60 and then bot again @ .36 with the good news of the 336 re-certification and waves of licensing thinking PTSC was on its way again. I know that just about everyone on this board is smarter than me knowledge wise but I just can't help the feeling of being crossed and in a sucker syndrome. JMHO GLTA Z
