does this leave a window open for yet another reexam request which will address possible SNQs regarding claims 11-16?

IMO.. of course it does, and I'd expect a reexam request shortly.. what is shortly.. I don't know.. probably within the next month or two (or coming on the heels of the existing one getting toss'd)... I hope I am dead wrong and there are no new requests but I am certainly not going to hold my breath..
