I believe that the "wave" has been slowed by all that you have mentioned..why pay if you are not sure that you are paying the correct entities / persons..would you pay based on the pending litigation and the potential ownership questions still lingering??..

I think there is too much at stake for all of the interested parties for this to continue for a protracted period of time..

The "wave" will come..just a question of when and how high..and who will be the surfers that will enjoy / benefit from the ride..cowabunga dudes!!
