Thank you for your questions. AGORACOM wishes to clarify that in a post made on Dec 11, 09 03:41PM, the following typo was included in the post:

"Many do not think it should be part of the Discussion, while others believe that it is very relevant to the discussion given the takeover offer currently outstanding."

The statement should read:

"Many do not think it should be part of the Discussion, while others believe that it is very relevant to the discussion."
