I would just be upset to see a takeover unless it really is in the interests of the shareholders, US!!! A takeover of what? Just the technology, MMP or the whole company? Could it be split into the tech part and then PDSG as the company left with the proceeds of the sale? Money now or more money later is what it could boil down to at this point. Are we/they talking dollars or cents here? And I have to say is this even true? Is it already in the proxy voting info? Did anyone receive theirs yet? What a way to end the week or begin the new one. I guess we have to wait and see what happens, Dec, 7th is way over by now. The 15th is coming. The price that might get paid will be one thing if before the patent approval and another price after the approval. This just gets more and more intriguing as each year and day goes by(buy)!!
