I did ask investor relations why the ASHM is in Chicago

On Dec. 4, I receveived the following reply which I already posted on this board.

The shareholder meeting was moved to Chicago for the reason stated in our recent news release. It is more centrally located and provides a major transportation hub. Although several shareholders have objected to this change in venue, the great majority has positively responded and has indicated this presents for them an opportunity to attend.
