Just read my post and realized I posted the wrong words in some places i.e. TPL taking us private, not public. But I think you get my drift.

One thing I forgot to post - I liken this ``TPL has control of our IP`` complaining to something along the lines of GM complaining that the car salesmen have control of their cars. Let the people involved do what they are good at - that`s what GOOD companies do.
