You got to pay way more then the industry standard. I don't think highly qualified people are beating down the doors to OUR company. the WAVE has not arrived the TIDE has gone out! I don't think this BOD member came on board for the MMP. reputation is one thing performance is another and so far we have not seen any performance thats has improved the SP . From all the high profile people have landed at this company. THATS SAD!
