Why would TPL want to not take PTSC private? The money is in the patents not PTSC products. And with no shareholders to deal with it just makes sense.I for one hope it doesn`t happen but it could. PTSC can`t file bankrupt because of the AMD deal. But the BOD could vote to take the company private with a cASh deal from TPL. They voted to increase the authorized shares so a rev stock split doesn`t sound likely. But what gets me wondering is the stakes are going to be high for the whole industry. I think INTEL would just step up and buy up the patents. I think the only way the share price goes allot higher is if a bidding war breaks out for the patents and they would have to buy out both PTSC AND TPL. This story changes faster then the weather.
