Taken from the proxy. I'm not sure these are excessive amounts. Those who chair committees (.e. Johnson, Felcyn) also get the corresponding pay for that particular function. Looks like Johnson, Felcyn and Shrock had their board fees reduced. Do these fees seem excessive as compared to paid board members from other companies? If you want to read an interesting compensation arrangement, I suggest you read the "Goerner Agreement" .
