There's actually nothing much going on with the exception of a new CEO.

Once again, I was thinking that big changes were taking place (i.e merger or other type of corporate action). However, a little voice in the back of my head kept saying: don't get fooled again, nothing ever happens with this company. The BOD will continue you to try their hand at creating something more out of this shell and pay themselves handsomely to do so - and we will continue to WAIT and WAIT.
