December 15th...LOL!!!

I am pulling a John Kerry here and I will flop back to my original thought that the new reexam is based on the original 336 patent claims issued back in 1995, not on the new reexam.

I never followed the discussion from a "date" perspective. It makes sense that the new reexam should be based on the original patent.

You have me stumped with your reply above, which appears to be in response to my post that I am attending the ASM. Am I missing something here?
