"Yes, on the date of 8/24 the request for the reexamination was deemed completed and now the request is ready for reexamination. The document is in effect paced on the examiner’s docket and he has three months to complete the reexamination and requestor has been given notice to that effect."

If that were the case wouldn't it have to be completed by 11/24/09, or are you saying 3 months from 9/30/2009?
