Of further note: Mr Moore signed a power of attorney sometime in 2007 establishing Mr. Henneman as the attorney of record. Why would he cooperate with TPL in that regard if he were having problems with ownership of the patents. It would seem that their must have been some type of an agreement between TPL and Moore at the time. Soar grapes? Perhaps the same problem with Fish? Is there a trend here?
