I have to say that IR has responded to my e-mails although I haven't exactly been excited about their response but then again perhaps they really are not at liberty to answer my questions. I'm beginning to think that investor relations means, I invest and they relate nothing.

Dear Sir:

I understand that the company does not announce board meetings. I do not understand why, when asked specifically if there is a meeting scheduled this week, you cannot provide an answer.

You did not address my question/concern regarding the location of the ASHM and why a less severe weather location had not been chosen. Also you did not address my question as to when the next quarterly report will be released (or is this also confidential).

The shareholder meeting was moved to Chicago for the reason stated in our recent news release. It is more centrally located and provides a major transportation hub. Although several shareholders have objected to this change in venue, the great majority has positively responded and has indicated this presents for them an opportunity to attend.

Quarterly and annual reports to the SEC are issued when ready and with consideration of specific but sometimes complex guidelines for due dates. Again, no advance information regarding the expected filing dates are released to investors. This policy is typical of many publically held small and medium sized companies.
