I spoke with someone in the publications department earlier who was going to find out when the certificate would be published in the Official Gazette (re: 90/008237). He just called me back and said that we should see it in the Dec. 15 publication.

Home page, browse granted patents, sub category (reexaminations), exparte...find patent number.

No guarantees that it will be there, however, it's the best I could find out.
