Regardless of what Baroni advises, the company/BOD will only divulge what they wish you, the investor, to see........I believe Baroni's documented report(s) should be made available to the investor base for investors to individualy assess their holdings......This all smacks in the face (once again) of what ownership in a public company is about IMO........
