What are you expecting???

We fight against hundreds (maybe thousands) of the biggest companies worldwide to receive the money they owe us for the patents they use since years - did you ever thought this might be an easy "go in the company and get your check"? It's widely known that big companies squeeze the little ones until they are out of business, and PTSC/TPL are still there, which is a little success (though we don't have the billions in the bank we all wished to have).

Additionally we had the KSR desicion which dramatically changed the way patents have to be investigated in the re-ex process - this has nothing to do with TPL/PTSC.

There certainly have been some major mistakes and failures by the company in the last ten years, but we all should have known the patent business is one of the hardest and actually I don't see anything which was not done in the right way by TPL/PTSC. Just remember that they cashed in more than 260 millions in the last four years - and none out there was willing or happy to pay.
