I hear ya, but TPL has pulled us through how many re-exams to date, with apparent success? And TPL, as a private entity, is largely dependent on the MMP to continue operations - a pretty huge incentive. And PTSC has no role in the MMP/PTO activity. If nothing else, greed alone provides the incentive for TPL to be all over the PTO to get things resolved in our favor ASAP.
