We should see an offical announcement in the Gazette next Tuesday 9-15-2009 concerning the 336. It will be just over 90 days from the Notice of Intent (9-11-2009)

Some feel it will be held up waiting on the last reexam. I think we will see an announcement. We shall certainly see some clarification one way or another.
