That was my intent as well. If one attempts to track down all the recent and or merged examinations by use of the USPTO it can get confusing since the results are still listed with the old non-merged control numbers. If anyone has a list of the current active reexamination requests for the entire MMP and can post them to the forum that would be appreciated. TIA
