But please note that you are perhaps making the same mistake that I did. In the Possible Good News repost where you provided your understanding of the status of various reexams you said:

We have an optional statement but it is not required, and we normally do not make any statement. I believe the actual status is we are waiting for the examiner to decide if an office action is warranted. IMHO, eventhough the examiner grants the reexam, it does not necessarily follow that he would always agree with the all SNQs after digging more deeply. There have been past office actions which rejected some of the SNQs, so it is my belief that there is further review of the SNQs subsequent to the granting of the reexam and prior to the office action.
If this is not a correct understanding, I hope someone will provide it.
